In-house Ideas

Essentially, this is about what the think tank generates internally and then makes available on this website (>TOPICS) for interested parties to examine critically and independently.
Interns, students, retired specialists and unemployed professionals are equally welcome – whether or not they have their own ideas about which projects they would like to work on. If required, funding options can be explored with the office. Professionals who are already in employment but have some spare time are warmly invited to volunteer. However, ELEPH-ANTS is aimed solely at individuals with a very solid background and, preferably, in-depth specialist knowledge relevant to one of the thematic platforms.

The pilot part or factory of ELEPH-ANTS specifically tests the practical feasibility and reproducibility of individual projects, both technical and non-technical.

External Collaboration

ELEPH-ANTS is interested in collaborating at various levels or can help facilitate such collaboration, depending on the project, objectives, funding and qualifications of the participants and partners.

If you are a non-governmental organisation, a public authority, a cooperative, an institute or simply a solution-oriented, already knowledgeable activist, and you share ELEPH-ANTS’ areas of interest and believe that collaborating with ELEPH-ANTS could be beneficial, please do not hesitate to contact us for a no-obligation and, of course, strictly confidential discussion.

You may already be involved in existing programmes run by other organisations. In that case, a sector-specific and narrowly focused collaboration with ELEPH-ANTS could still be an option. Of course, such a collaboration only makes sense if the participants or partners are active in the areas covered by ELEPH-ANTS.

“It’s the economy, stupid” –  even a think tank can’t survive on air and love alone – which is why ELEPH-ANTS cannot rely solely on voluntary work or provide such services for others, and must also be able to offer paid services.

In future, ELEPHants also intends to foster partnerships with selected charitable organisations that are characterised by practical commitment, efficiency, and a genuine and tangible impact, as well as voluntary work, and to learn from their experiences and management methods.
